I flipped through a copy of JLA #20 (which I mentioned in a recent post), so here are some details on the 4-page JLA: The Nail insert found within:
The first page of the insert serves as a title page, featuring (partial) cover art from JLA: The Nail #1 and a 'story so far' blurb which primes readers for the pages to come. The remaining 3 pages of the insert each feature 2 pages (fully lettered & colored) from JLA: The Nail #1.

Checklist correction -
The checklist on Alan Davis' site lists him as the cover artist of Spider-Man and Hulk Team-Up #153; in fact, it's #437 that features Alan's art on the cover.
An ebay photo of the cover of #437 (featuring the Hulk ripping through the cover, fists raised high) can be seen at http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Spider-man-and-Hu ... dZViewItem

The header card for Batman: Full Circle can be seen at http://www.legionsofgotham.org/DISPLAYrackcards2.jpg
Here's what I posted about the card on January 10, 2006:
The frontispiece art in Batman: Full Circle (a detail of which appears on the back cover) was also used on a Full Circle header card to promote the book. Intended to be displayed on the racks with Batman: Full Circle to make the book stand out, the header card had the copy "The riveting sequel to Batman: Year Two. The Reaper returns to Gotham City."
