According to the following listing from the Atomic Avenue site, Vampirella Monthly Ashcan #7 (1999) "features b&w art from Vampirella Monthly #18, #19 and #20 (no speech balloons)." Alan Davis and Mark Farmer are credited among the artists featured in the ashcan, so their work (or at least some of it) from the tale Sanctuary (published in #19) is included within.

In order to promote the release of JLA: The Nail, DC included a preview of issue 1 in JLA #20 in 1998. If I recall correctly (I don't have the issue handy), the pages from The Nail were in color and included captions/balloons, but multiple pages from the first issue were made to fit on each page of the 4-page preview insert.

Atop the JLA logo on the cover of #20, it reads 'Bonus! Special JLA Elseworlds Preview!'
