The store Nostalgia & Comics (in Birmingham) produced a limited edition, signed frontispiece (500 were made) to commemorate the Captain Britain trade paperback. Alan Davis mentioned this souvenir book (in reference to a Green Lantern Corps illo) in a Sept. 5th art gallery update on his site:

"I began this page during the time I thought my proposal for the Green Lantern relaunch had been accepted. Mark Farmer is currently inking it for inclusion in the Birmingham Artshow convention book."

Expect to see on the DVD-ROM Alan Davis' work from Iron Man (Vol.3) #64 (cover & interior pencils) and #69 (cover pencils).

Very nice. Kind of reminds me of that 2-page spread Alan did on Another Nail.

Only thing I don't like about this picture is the Earth-based GL's hair (Be it Jordan or Rayner).....The hair looks too early 80's in style.
